We operate from France and source our products primarily from suppliers in China.

We do not sell to individual consumers.
3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product information is accurate; however, variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to supplier differences.
Availability of products depends on our inventory and that of our suppliers in China. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and customs duties unless otherwise stated.
- For customers within the EU with a valid intra-community VAT number, sales may be invoiced without VAT in accordance with EU VAT rules.
- Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local VAT that may apply.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.
5. Orders and Payment

We sell only in wholesale quantities. A minimum order value may apply — please refer to our website or contact us for details and chat with us.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
5.3 Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulk orders also on based on criteria how buyer want to receive the product.

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Returns and Refunds
As a B2B wholesaler, we generally do not accept returns except in cases of:

- Agreed-upon conditions stated in a written contract.
Any claim must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods, with photo or video evidence provided.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be issued only after inspection and approval.

We do not provide manufacturer warranties beyond those offered by the original supplier.
