Returns and Refunds


As a B2B wholesaler, we generally do not accept returns except in cases of:

Defective or incorrect products received; or

Agreed-upon conditions stated in a written contract.

Any claim must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods, with photo or video evidence provided.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be issued only after inspection and approval
